C&G Carriers LLC ("C&G," "we," "us") operates this website to share information about our transportation services and driver opportunities. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the website or send an inquiry through it.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, inquiry topic, message, and an optional telephone number. The driver-interest form also asks for your telephone number, city and state, CDL class, driving-experience range, preferred work, availability, and optional equipment preference and message. Both forms ask for permission to contact you about your inquiry.
The driver-interest form starts a conversation with recruiting. It is not a complete employment application. Do not include a driver's license number, Social Security number, medical information, payment details, or other sensitive documents in either form.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to questions, discuss transportation services or driver opportunities, and follow up on the request you sent. We use technical information to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems, and protect the website and its forms from spam and abuse.
Website and service providers
Vercel hosts the website. Sanity supplies public website content. Resend processes form submissions for email delivery to our team, and our email provider stores and delivers the resulting correspondence. The website's form handler does not save submissions in a separate application database.
Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as an IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested pages, timestamps, and security events as part of providing their services.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. It processes browser and device signals for that security check. Learn more in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
These providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Their own notices explain processing they perform independently of C&G. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, security incidents, or the protection of legal rights.
